Monthly service · For multi-outlet retail & marketplace sellers

You send the exports. I keep the numbers current.

Every month you send the files you already have — marketplace order exports, a bank statement, your POS pull. I ingest them, check them, and refresh your dashboards, so the reporting never depends on whoever happens to have time on a Monday.

Shopee and TikTok Shop each show you your own orders. Neither will reconcile them against your bank account, match one product across two platforms, or tell you how much to order next week. That gap is the service.

What you send, what you get

You send — files you already export You get — every month, without asking
Shopee & TikTok Shop order exports Revenue, orders and margin per channel, in one view
Tokopedia or other channel exports One product, one stock position — matched across every channel
Bank statement (CSV or PDF) Payouts matched to orders, with the unmatched ones named
POS export, if you run one Reorder quantities per store for the week ahead
Nothing else. No new tool to learn. A short list of things that need a human decision

The monthly rhythm

  1. 01

    You export

Four or five files from the places you already sell. Ten minutes, once a month.

  2. 02

    I ingest and check

Files land in the warehouse, rows are validated, and anything that does not reconcile is flagged rather than quietly averaged away.

  3. 03

    Dashboards refresh

Your views update, including the next-week order quantities and the promotion read-out.

  4. 04

    You decide

A short list, not a dashboard to interpret. Reorder, or don't — the reasoning is written down.

Sample chain · 6 stores Refreshed monthly · illustrative figures
Revenue, all channels Rp 412.600.000 ▲ 8% vs last month
SKUs matched across channels 94% 1,284 of 1,366 lines
Projected fill rate 98% vs 81% on a fixed days-of-supply rule
Promotions that paid back 6 of 11 5 were margin-negative

What to reorder next week

Product On hand Forecast, 7 days Suggested order
Ayam Bakar Madu · 12 pcs438120
Rendang Daging · 500 gr613148
Nasi Kuning Family Pack182460
Sambal Ijo · 200 ml210220

Quantities come from safety-stock and reorder-point rules driven by a demand forecast, scored in an inventory simulation rather than a fixed days-of-supply rule.

What the month flagged

  • 82 orders sold on TikTok Shop, absent from Shopee exports Different SKU format. Mapped by barcode — worth confirming, because a wrong map distorts per-channel margin.
  • Two settlements still pending at month close Rp 18.400.000 of COD not yet cleared. Flagged rather than counted as revenue, so the month is not overstated.
  • 5 of last month’s promotions did not pay back They moved volume and lost margin once the discount on non-incremental units is counted.

What it runs on

Run on a cloud account you own, so the data and the history are yours if we part ways. I host it; you keep it.

Who this is for

  • Multi-outlet retail or FMCG You re-order by gut, and you find out about a bad promotion a quarter later.
  • High-volume marketplace sellers Two or three platforms, each with its own dashboard, and no way to see them together.
  • Wholesalers and distributors Someone re-keys the same report every month, and it is always slightly wrong.

Not a fit yet if you have under about Rp 50 million a month in sales, or if the reporting is already automated and working. I will say so on the first call.

Send me one month of exports. I’ll tell you what’s in them.
